I began in Gospel Music in my local church choir I developed as a lead singer and choir director I then began a solo gospel singer ministry Father God/The Holy Spirit instructed me to focus on promoting Gospel Music From this I became a outspoken promoter, events organiser, manager - and became known as a British Gospel Pioneer My professional career flourished as an associate film producer. I attend a local branch of Church Of God In Christ in East London; I'm a co-founding child in that church for which I proudly recognise as part of the Windrush generation/descendant

*PerezAya* is a Nigerian gospel artist and worship leader whose music carries a message of hope, healing, and surrender to God. Born and raised in *Etono Central, Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State*, he grew up immersed in the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of the Efik/Ibibio people, where worship and community life are deeply intertwined. From his early years in church, PerezAya developed a passion for leading people into God’s presence through music. His sound blends contemporary gospel with African rhythms, creating songs that are both spirit-filled and deeply relatable to everyday believers. Whether in English, Efik, or Pidgin, his lyrics point listeners back to the sufficiency of Christ and the power of testimonies born out of trials. As an independent artist, PerezAya is committed to using his gift to edify the Body of Christ and reach the unchurched. He writes and composes most of his songs, drawing inspiration from scripture, personal encounters with God, and the struggles and victories of ordinary people. His ministry goal is simple: to see lives transformed and atmospheres shifted through genuine worship. Based in Rivers State, PerezAya ministers in churches, concerts, and outreach programs across the South-South region. With a heart for revival in his homeland and beyond, he believes that God is raising a generation of worshippers from unexpected places—and he intends to be one of their voices.
